We finally elected a full Board of Directors with loads of new blood and energy.

The hope is that we will revitalize, gain new members and be a force to get the attention of legislators in the 2010 legislative session.

Wae need to garner protection of those living in rental communities to wit:

1. The right of first refusal - 2. Evictions ONLY for just cause - 3. Eliminate RETALIATORY evictions TOTALLY - 4. Assure FAIR rental fees.
