It is ordered that a class certification hearing is hereby set for January 29, 2007 at 8:30AM in the courtroom of the 357th Judicial Dist Ct, Cameron Co Ct House, Brownsville, Tx.
Attendance at ALL meetings is welcome but at the February ANNUAL meeting (2/21/07), there might be some updated information as a result of the above development and it is the "election" meeting too.
